Our Approach

We designed and engineered Resmates as a fully custom reservations platform, built to handle the commercial complexity of tour and cruise operations. Pricing logic was built around date-based and lead-time demand signals, giving the operations team real-time yield control without manual intervention. White-label booking engines were developed for each operator, maintaining their brand experience end to end. The platform also includes quoting features, cancellation management, product reviews and an AI-powered help centre, all native to the system rather than bolted on.

Custom direct booking experienceWe built a fully white-label booking engine that gives the business complete control over the customer booking experience. Branded end to end and integrated directly with the Resmates reservation system, it removes third-party dependency entirely and keeps the transaction within their own ecosystem.

White-label and multitenancyThe platform was built from the ground up to support multiple operators, each with their own branded experience, pricing rules and product catalogue, all running on shared infrastructure. This allows platform scalability across new operators without rebuilding from scratch.

Propriety AI-powered support centreA native help centre and AI-assisted support layer was integrated directly into the booking flow. Rather than routing customers to external tools, support is contextual and brand-consistent — including tone of voice and visuals — reducing resolution time and keeping the experience within the operator's ecosystem.

Operations & bulk workflow automationsResmates was designed to reduce operational load, not just digitise it. Digital manifests, app-based check-ins, digital waivers, bulk tour cancellations and bulk communication broadcasting are all handled natively within the platform, eliminating the patchwork of spreadsheets and manual processes operators were relying on.

Product packaging & bundlingOperators can package and bundle products across different product groups, creating flexible offerings that increase basket size and average order value. Revenue allocation is handled automatically at the product level, so each component of a bundle is attributed its defined dollar amount for clean reporting and accounting without any manual reconciliation.

Yield management & dynamic pricingPricing logic was built around date-based pricing, lead time pricing and demand-driven signals, giving operators automated yield control without manual intervention. Rates adjust dynamically to maximise revenue across every session.
